Marc Weiswasser is a 26 year casino veteran of Las Vegas who has spent the last eight years at Navegante specializing in executive recruiting, as well as having responsibilities for Human Resources and company benefits. He assists Navegante in their consulting projects within his areas of expertise which include table games management, operational reviews and customer service and supervisory training.

He has worked for some of the smallest as well as some of the world’s largest casinos in Las Vegas including the Flamingo Hilton Las Vegas and the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. Mr. Weiswasser opened the MGM Grand working in the casino operations department. He also worked in the French Roulette area (at that time the only wheel of its kind in America) and was acting Table Games Instructor educating the customers on "How to understand and play all the table games with confidence." He graduated from the premiere University of Oz class, MGM Grand's in-house training program, and has his AA.S degree in casino management from the Community College of Southern Nevada.

He has completed many consulting jobs including properties in California, Armogassa Valley and Las Vegas, Nevada. His years of hands-on casino operations experience have given him the ability to tackle any project that relates to casino operations. Mr. Weiswasser's current role is Senior Vice President of Navegante Search International, (NSI) which is the executive search division of The Navegante Group. NSI specializes in senior level placement for gaming executives. NSI has been structured to provide our client’s with a superior, confidential Executive placement service. Mr. Weiswasser is the former, and first, Executive Director of the Casino Management Association (CMA) an international professional trade organization for the gaming industry. Through his six years of leadership the CMA had grown to more than 700 members in 15 different states and five countries. He created and implemented the educational Certification Series program which saw more than 130 graduates. The CMA facilitated educational gaming seminars, industry networking and informational meetings for casino industry employees.

Most recently Marc and Navegante Group representatives conducted a Gaming Assessment focusing on the Albuquerque New Mexico gaming market. This market is a highly competitive and growing market with gaming operations conducted only on Native American reservations. Upon completion of the assessment, Bond and related financings were funded for the Santa Ana Star Casino and affiliated entities in the amount of $48 million. Presently, the Navegante Group serves as business oversight manager for the Santa Ana Star Casino.
