Marc Van Remoortere joined TechTeam in 2001 as Director of Operations for the Brussels facility and is currently VP Service Delivery for EMEA. He was responsible for more than 3 year for the operational service delivery and the quality program. During these years the Brussels site has grown from 80 to 320 employees. Before joining TechTeam, Marc was the Contact centre manager for EUnet/KPNQuest and Quality and training manager at SITEL Belgium. As from 2005 Marc is Director of the PMO EMEA. In the role of leading the Performance Management Office, he’s leading special projects, based on the review and redesign programs, and the implementation of new technologies and tools.
