Mr. Liu is a start-up and turnaround specialist focusing on business opportunities in publishing and direct marketing. In addition to working with Goldmark, Mr. Liu is the President and Founder of Capitol Isle Partners, a consulting company, whose client list has included: Willis-Stein Partners, Petersen Publishing, TV Guide, Primedia, Disney Publishing. Prior to this he has held various senior level positions in the publishing industry. He served as Vice President Marketing for American Media, Inc. – a publishing company that completed the leveraged buyout of the National Enquirer and the Globe publishing businesses for $900 million. He was CFO for A-Z Marketing. He was Executive Vice President and co-founder of Lear Publishing. He was President and Publisher of Network Publishing - the magazine division of the Providence Journal Company. Mr. Liu holds a business degree from Adelphi University. |
