Marc L. Rose, CPA, Vice President of Finance, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of Protalex, joined the Company in November 2004 and has over 18 years experience in financial management. Prior to joining Protalex, Mr. Rose was Vice President, Chief Financial and Chief Information Officer of the DentalEZ Group, a privately held manufacturer of dental equipment and dental handpieces. Prior, Mr. Rose was Practice Manager for Oracle Consulting Services, a division of Oracle Corporation, responsible for designing and implementing ERP applications. His experience also includes several positions within the controllership organization of Waste Management, Inc. and he was an auditor with the Philadelphia office of Ernst & Young. Mr. Rose is a Certified Public Accountant and received his BA in Accounting/Finance from Drexel University. |
