Marc E. Knoller has been an Executive Vice President of the Company since December 1998 and served as a director from March 1996 to August 2007. Mr. Knoller joined the Company as a Vice President in March 1991 and also served as a director of its predecessor. Mr. Knoller has served as Vice President of Jonas Publishing from 1991 until the present. Mr. Knoller received a B.B.A. from Baruch College. |
