Mr. Oken, age 61, is the managing partner of Falfurrias Capital Partners, a private equity firm. He was chief financial officer of Bank of America Corporation from 2004 to 2005. Mr. Oken joined Bank of America in 1989 as executive vice president-chief accounting officer, a position he held until 1998, when he became executive vice president-principal finance executive.
