Marc-Andre Boisseau, Chief Financial Officer Mr. Boisseau has served as Chief Financial Officer since December 2004. Since January 2002, he has served as an advisor to small and medium publicly traded and private companies on financial, tax and accounting matters. Between January 2000 and December 2001, he served as Vice-President Finance of DataCore Software, Inc., a privately held software developer. Prior to that, he served as Chief Accounting Officer (from May 1997 to December 1999) and Vice President Controller (from January 1, 1998 to December 1999) of Citrix Systems, Inc. a publicly traded software developer.
