With almost 30 years of experience as a senior international executive, Mr. Urquidi has originated and structured transactions throughout the world. He has served as an international consultant to a number of public U. S. companies. Most recently, he has been affiliated with Willbros Group, Inc. Mr. Urquidi was a founder of Hastings Marine Ltd., which is now a part of Tidewater Marine, and was founder and Chairman of Herramientos Petroleras Mexicanas in Monterrey, Mexico. He has also served on the Board of IXE Commercial Bank in Mexico and Petrox Canadian Oil Company. His community service includes past membership on the Executive Committee of the Alley Theater. Mr. Urquidi received a JD degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Mexico and attended the School of Business at The University of Texas. |
