Mandy Holloway is the Corporate Director of Global Learning. She is responsible for internal and external training initiatives of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C worldwide, and assists with setting the global training strategy for the company, and the Leadership Center.

Mandy commenced her role within Training and Development eight years ago with Carnival Cruise Lines, and was most recently the Manager of Corporate Training and Development for Cunard Line and the Yachts of Seabourn, where she successfully directed, planned, designed, developed and implemented the Shipboard Orientation program and Hotel Operations training for the Queen Mary 2 inaugural Team, plus regulatory training.

Miss Holloway obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Studies, at Bournemouth University, England and is currently studying her Masters in Human Resource Management and Training at Leicester University, England.
