Ms. Mallory McCamant has over 15 years of management experience at Willdan Group, Inc. She directed the company's business and legal operations from 1995 through 2003, and has now resumed those duties. Her areas of responsibility include accounting and finance, risk management, legal, facilities, human resources and information technology. Ms. McCamant is also responsible for the company's merger and acquisition activities, and was integrally involved in the purchase of MuniFinancial in 1999, as well as the acquisition of WPA Traffic Engineering, one of the top traffic engineering firms in Southern California. She also served as President and CEO of MuniFinancial from 2000 to 2002, and sat on the Boards of Directors of the various subsidiary companies periodically since 1994.
Ms. McCamant holds a Master's in Business Adminstration and a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. |
