Mr. Graham was appointed Corporate Counsel and Secretary on September 29, 2006 and then General Counsel and Secretary on March 9, 2007. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Graham was a partner of Holland & Knight LLP, where he was a member of the Corporate Governance Team and the Practice Group Leader of the business lawyers in Holland & Knight’s North Florida offices. Prior to 1998, Mr. Graham was a shareholder of the Jacksonville law firm Kirschner, Main, Graham, Tanner & Demont. Mr. Graham has specialized in corporate, securities, and corporate governance matters, as well as in insurance law, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Graham received his A. B. degree, magna cum laude, from Dartmouth College, received his J.D degree from Stanford Law School and began the practice of law in 1975. |
