Mr. Sterrett is a private investor. From 1989 to 1993, he was a partner at the law firm of Pepper Hamilton & Scheetz, in Washington, D.C. From 1988 to 1989, he served as General Counsel to the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services and from 1982 to 1988 he was a Commissioner on the U.S. Interstate Commerce Commission. Before that, he was Vice President and General Counsel to the United States Railway Association and served as Staff Director and Counsel to the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science and Transportation. Until August 2006, Mr. Sterrett had served as a member of the board of directors as well as on some board committees of Telos Corporation. |
