Maggie Wilderotter has served as a member of the Board of Directors since July 2007. Ms. Wilderotter has served as chairman of the Board of Directors of Citizens Communications since December 2005 as president since May 2006 and as chief executive officer since November 2004. Prior to this Wilderotter was senior vice president of Worldwide Public Sector at Microsoft Corporation and was president chief executive officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Wink Communications Inc. Ms. Wilderotter also serves on the Board of Directors of the Xerox Corporation and the Board of Trustees of the College of The Holy Cross. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration from The College of the Holy Cross.
