Professional Experience
Prior to joining Huron, Madhav was a Manager in Enterprise Procurement Solutions at BearingPoint, where he defined strategic direction for procurement groups of Fortune 500 companies. Prior to BearingPoint, Madhav was a Manager in Arthur Andersen's Strategic Sourcing group, where he identified and delivered multi-million dollar cost savings through strategic sourcing solutions across multiple industries. The savings range from 8% to 22% on $2 million to $120 million spend.

Led an e-procurement package implementation project for the second-largest integrated oil company. Developed a strategy for implementing the client's complex data security requirements. Designed and developed an e-procurement analysis governance document. Worked closely with the client to outsource the e-procurement package help desk function.
Led the QA and training teams in a software suite implementation project for a major financial services firm.
Led data analysis, data conversion and data-mining projects for several Fortune 100 companies across multiple industries.
Led an MRO cost reduction initiative at a $2B manufacturing company. Identified and delivered $4M cost savings on a base spend of $80M.
Led a cost reduction initiative using B2E Markets procurement application for a $3B manufacturer of air conditioning products in packaging and lift trucks areas.
