Age 53, Executive Director and Vice President of the Company, joined the Board of Directors of the Company in September 2007. Madam Huang assists the Chief Executive Officer in relation to the corporate affairs of the Company. She is also a Vice President of China Mobile Communications Corporation (the ultimate controlling shareholder of the Company), and a director of China Mobile Communication Co., Ltd.. Madam Huang previously served as Director of Domestic Communications Division and Director of Communications Organization Division of the Directorate General of Telecommunications of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications, Vice President of China Telecommunications Corporation, Executive Director and Executive Vice President of China Telecom Corporation Limited. Madam Huang graduated in 1984 from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications with a major in management engineering and received an EMBA degree from Peking University.
