Mr. M. W. Scoggins age 60 has served as president of the Colorado School of Mines since June 2006. He retired as executive vice president of ExxonMobil Production Company in April 2004. He held that position from December 1999 until his retirement. He was first appointed to the Questar Board in February 2005. He also serves as a director of Trico Marine Services Inc. and Venoco Inc. and is a member of the National Advisory Council of the United States Department of Energy's National Renewable Energy Laboratory.
