Mr. M.J. Chen heads Human Resources since 2007. Prior to joining AUO, Chen was manager of Philips Electronics in charge of production, process and quality, and was expatriate for 4 years. In 2001 Chen joined AUO as Director of quality management center. In 2005 Chen was appointed to Senior Associate VP of LCM Operation Center Taiwan.
Chen was a graduate of National Taiwan University with a degree in Chemical Engineering. |
