Mr. Segal has served as a Director since September 2003. He has over 35 years of corporate governance, entrepreneurial and investment banking experience. Mr. Segal founded the investment banking firm of M.J. Segal Associates in 1987, and since 1992 has specialized in researching private equity opportunities in both private and emerging growth public companies. Mr. Segal began his career as a stockbroker and financial planner in 1966 with Philadelphia based Robinson & Company and subsequently joined Josephthal & Co. in New York. He has served as Senior Vice President of the congressionally charted National Corporation for Housing Partnerships in Washington, D.C. and president of its investment banking subsidiary. |
