Lynne Sebastian joined Cornell Global in 2003, bringing over 15 years of professional experience as an executive recruiter and Human Resources professional. Lynne is formerly President of Sebastian & Associates of Marblehead, Massachusetts, an executive search fulfillment firm specializing in retained search for executive and middle management level positions in diverse industries including banking and finance, biotech, software, and manufacturing. Lynne has had consulting assignments at Biogen, Charles River Development (financial software) and other companies. Previously, Lynne's roles during nine years in National Human Resources at Ernst & Young included National Performance Development Manager and Program Director for National Recruiting. She was a key member of the team that developed and implemented Ernst & Young's behavioral interviewing program. Prior to her recruiting and human resources career, Lynne was a financial analyst for a division of Eastman Kodak and managed an accounting department within McCann Erickson, a global advertising agency in New York City. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Magna Cum Laude, in English & Philosophy, and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from East Tennessee State University. Lynne is a Board member of Musica Sacra, a professional choral organization in New York City.
