Ms. Zullo has several years experience in personal injury and liability law, including medical malpractice, pharmaceutical, medical product and consumer product litigation.
She has had over 20 years experience providing support to medical malpractice attorneys in the handling of cases for hospital clients, physicians, nurses, insurance companies and nursing homes. Those responsibilities have included, but are not limited to, analysis and summarization of medical records, research and analysis of medical issues, education of attorneys concerning medical issues, client contact and reports, preparation of various pleadings, research and contact with expert witnesses, preparation of deposition and trial exhibits, and trial support.
Ms. Zullo has also had over 20 years of experience providing support to attorneys defending cases for companies that manufacture and market pharmaceuticals, medical devices and products, and consumer products. In addition to similar responsibilities to those she performs in support of attorneys handling medical malpractice cases, she has also assisted attorneys in cases involving complex and multi-district litigation, including work with attorneys in the review, collection, assembly, design, and maintenance of document collections for discovery and the implementation of computer databases for document management systems. She is familiar with governmental regulatory reporting and use of governmental databases to obtain information concerning pharmaceutical and medical products.
Ms. Zullo has assisted in many noteworthy litigation matters in several U.S. states.
Ms. Zullo was formerly a nurse paralegal at the Cleveland Office of Arter & Hadden, LLP.
