Lynne Ramsey is Senior Vice President of Human Resources with responsibility for all human resources functions, including compensation, benefits, employment/recruiting, human resources information services, and training and development. Ms. Ramsey joined Charter’s Human Resources group in March 2001 and served as Corporate Vice President, Human Resources. She has more than 20 years of human resources experience.
Before joining Charter, Ms. Ramsey was Executive Vice President of Human Resources for Broadband Infrastructure Group, where she developed the company’s human resources department from the ground up and provided full-service support during the company’s high-growth period.
Prior to that, she served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Firstar Bank, previously Mercantile Bank of St. Louis, where she oversaw human resources in six Midwestern states.
Ms. Ramsey began her career at United Postal Savings Association as Vice President, Human Resources.
A graduate of Maryville College in St. Louis with a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Ms. Ramsey received a Master’s in Human Resources Management from Washington University in St. Louis. |
