Mr. Lynn has over 30 years experience in the gaming industry working in many jurisdictions throughout the world. In his role as VP of Operations with Nordic Gaming Corporation (owners of the Fort Erie Racetrack) from 1998 through 2004, Mr. Lynn was instrumental in working with the Ontario Lottery Corporations and the horse racing industry to implement slot machines at the Ontario racetracks. Mr. Lynn successfully designed, developed, planned and managed the entire property and operational redevelopment of the Fort Erie Racetrack. Fort Erie is now a first-class thoroughbred racing and gaming facility, generating gaming revenues of over $175.0 million per year and increasing racing handle from $40.0 million to $150.0 million per year.Prior to Nordic Gaming Corporation, Mr. Lynn held executive positions with Colorado Gaming and Entertainment from 1993 through 1998. While with the company, Mr. Lynn headed the team in receiving two charity casino gaming licenses in Ontario, Canada as part of the Ontario Government’s planned charity casino initiative. In addition to operational roles at Nordic Gaming Corporation, Mr. Lynn was responsible for development and acquisitions including building strategic alliances with first nations for casino projects in Ontario and Manitoba and racino opportunities in New York State. Before joining Colorado Gaming and Entertainment, Mr. Lynn held senior gaming operational positions in Bahamas, Spain, Iran and London, England. Mr. Lynn currently holds a key Colorado gaming license and has previously held gaming key licenses in England, Bahamas and Ontario. Mr. Lynn has actively served on the board of directors of the Ontario Horseracing Industry Association (OHRIA) and Racetracks of Canada (ROC). |
