Lynn Engel is a litigator and a software licensing lawyer. Her litigation practice focuses on intellectual property, antitrust and insurance coverage law. Her software licensing practice specializes in Linux-based operating systems and related GPL issues.
Experience: Lynn has represented a number of clients, both as plaintiff and defendant in federal and state antitrust cases, particularly in cases involving software technology. She also has experience in intellectual property law, including extensive experience in software licensing and engineering service agreements. Lynn has experience obtaining insurance coverage for clients named as defendants in environmental, antitrust and intellectual property cases.
