Lynn Cameron is a staff attorney with the intellectual property group at Faegre & Benson. She concentrates in intellectual property law, including patent application preparation, patent prosecution, intellectual property licensing and agreements, opinions, intellectual property related due diligence, copyright work, trademark registration and prosecution, and other related transactional work, both in the U.S. and internationally. She has experience in fluid handling equipment, the painting industry, medical devices, prosthetics, filtration products, office furniture, windows and doors, computer head suspensions and computerized business systems. Lynn gained valuable technical experience through her work at 3M Company as an Advanced Design Engineer, responsible for the design, fabrication and assembly of capital equipment for 3M labs and manufacturing plants, and as an Advanced Project Engineer, responsible for project management and engineering support of numerous labs, research groups, and manufacturing plants. She gained additional experience as a Seismic Pipe & Duct Support Design Engineer for Stone & Webster in Boston, MA, and at the Millstone III Nuclear Power Plant construction site in Waterford, CT. As an engineer, Lynn acquired firsthand knowledge of mechanical and computer controlled systems, robotics, structural support systems and numerous types of machinery, including equipment for production, material handling, extrusion, and fluid handling processes.
