Lyndel Hurley has over 20 years experience in Human Resources consulting and executive recruitment. His breadth of experience covers the Real Estate, Manufacturing, Information Systems, and Contract Engineering Industries and Lyndel is the team lead for our information technology practice. Prior to joining ARJay & Associates, Lyndel held positions with Modis and CDI Corporation where he handled engagements for IT and engineering recruitment and outsourcing. He has successfully completed searches from senior technical engineers to corporate executives, including various functional roles such as new product development, infrastructure development, regional and corporate headquarters management, and R&D. His client list has included companies such as Electronic Data Systems, Perot Systems, Memorex-Telex, and various other Fortune 500 organizations. Lyndel is a graduate of Harding University in Searcy, AR with a degree in Political Science and Business.
