Ms. Blake rejoined Command Security Corporation (November 2006) as the Vice President Sales & Marketing a role she had previously with the company in 1993 when Command Security Corporation acquired the assets of United Security Group a regionally-based contract security company headquartered in New York City.
Ms. Blake comes back to Command Security Corporation after having worked primarily in the services industries: temporary staffing information technology consulting electronic security services and retail.
In the late 1980’s Ms. Blake joined a national provider of temporary staffing CDI Temporary Services headquartered in Philadelphia PA. In early 1990 she was then recruited by Burns Security Services Parsippany NJ (currently Securitas) to become their Regional Manager for the Northeastern United States where she had oversight for all sales and marketing activities from Delaware to Maine. She hired trained and worked in the field with the sales force and the operational team and developed a state-of-the art sales training and orientation program that is still in use today.
In 1993 Ms. Blake was recruited by United Security Group to become their first female Vice President. Additionally she worked on the proprietary software system and technology that is now known as SmartWheel. When the company was acquired in 1995 by Command Security Corporation she moved on to other service industries.
In 1998 Ms. Blake joined The Allegiance Group a New York based IT consulting company where she was responsible for over 100 IT consultants providing services at the major Fortune 500 companies in and around the New York Metro area. Unfortunately after 9-11 the company ceased operations and Ms. Blake tried her hand in another service-oriented business retail.
In 2004 she returned to the corporate world in a consulting capacity assisting service companies with their sales and marketing programs which brings her full circle back to Command Security Corporation; where she oversees the company’s organic growth processes through new sales. She manages the internal and external sales force and drives the marketing programs for the three divisions of the company (Security Services Aviation Safeguards and Support Services). |
