A proven technology leader, Luke has delivered over twenty enterprise class systems that provide business value to a wide variety of Fortune 1000 clients, including BMW Financial Services, AT&T, Nationwide Insurance, Verizon, Nationwide Financial and ExxonMobil. He has been involved in all areas of technology, including Web Architectures, Client/Server and Data Warehousing, across every technology platform from Unix to Windows. In 2002, Luke founded Multichannel Consulting, Inc., a company that delivers premier consulting services in the Customer Relationship Management arena. Prior to establishing Multichannel Consulting, Luke was an Area Architect at Siebel Systems and a Manager at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Luke received his B.S. degree in Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. |
