Mr. Lima has been a member of the board of directors as a nominee of Odebrecht since 2001. He is currently the superintendent executive officer of Copesul and a member of the board of directors of Banco Icatu S.A., a Brazilian bank. Mr. Lima has also served as the Brazilian Minister of Agriculture from 1969 through 1973. Mr. Lima holds a bachelor degree in agronomical engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul. |
