Mrs. Soltesz has 15 years of experience in the Florida Managed Health Care industry in all lines of business, Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid. She has been the lead person in preparations for multiple successful regulatory site visits and accreditation by NCQA. She is responsible for the credentialing of providers, quality of care and services, grievances and appeals for Metropolitan Health Networks, Inc. and METCARE Health Plans, Inc.Lucille began her care in health care as a registered nurse in an acute care hospital in Connecticut where she worked on a Pediatric Unit then moved to Surgical Unit, Critical Care and Emergency Unit. She received her MS from Southern Connecticut University and her MBA from Sacred Heart University also in Connecticut. Lucille is currently a Doctoral candidate working on her dissertation. These experiences allowed her to develop a high level of clinical expertise.While taking her Risk Management course, she and the two instructors developed a CD on Documentation in the Medical Record in Physician Office and has given several lectures to physician groups on this topic.Recently, she had the responsibility to successfully complete applications for licensure for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA), Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR) and for a contract with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS). |
