Ira Mendelsohn, a leader in the construction equipment rental industry for thirty years, has served as the Chief Executive Officer and significant shareholder in two of the largest national equipment rental chains in the United States - U. S. Rentals and Action Holdings, Inc. Internationally, he served as chairman of the board of an equipment rental group with locations in England, Scotland and Wales.
In addition to serving as an Operating Partner for FocalPoint, Mr. Mendelsohn is an active investor in the self storage industry and serves as an advisor to a regional self storage group.
Mr. Mendelsohn holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering and Applied Mechanics and an MBA from Rutgers University.
