Loyd (Aldie) Warnock was named Vice President, External Affairs for Allegheny Energy on November 28, 2005. In this role he leads all federal, regional and state legislative and regulatory initiatives for Allegheny and its businesses.
Prior to joining Allegheny, Mr. Warnock served as Senior Vice President, Governmental and Regulatory Affairs, for Mirant Corporation in Atlanta and as Vice President, Regulatory Affairs, for Reliant Energy in Houston.
Mr. Warnock currently serves on the board of the Electric Power Generation Association in Pennsylvania. In addition, he is on the member’s committee for PJM and is a board representative for the Maryland Chamber of Commerce. In the community Mr. Warnock is Allegheny Energy’s 2006 Leadership Giving Chair for the United Way of Westmoreland County. |
