Louise Pickering - Physical therapist since 1990, and has worked at Rady Children's since 1995, initially working in the Orthopedic Clinic. She spent 5 years working in a hospital specializing in adult acute care orthopedic, neurological, cardiopulmonary and obstetric patients as well as NICU preterm and term infants. She helped develop an OT/PT neonatal program, a NICU clinical pathway and a pulmonary rehab program. At Rady Children's Hospital, she has worked with a wide variety of neurological, orthopedic, pulmonary, would care and oncology patients in acute care, outpatient clinics, rehab, home care and school settings. She specializes in developmental delays, torticollis, spinal cord injuries and head injuries. Louise received her Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy at California State University, Long Beach. |
