Mr. Rose has over 18 years experience in the development of large-scale software applications. One of the founders of ServiceBench, Mr. Rose manages all customer supporting operations; from customer acquisition, through implementation, and ongoing care and maintenance. Overseeing a diverse, multilingual customer service team, Mr. Rose is instrumental in assuring world class support and satisfaction for all domestic and international ServiceBench clients, including, Whirlpool, Frigidaire, and Mitsubishi. Prior to the launch of ServiceBench, Mr. Rose was a founder of Sideout Technologies, Inc., and was chief project manager for Sideout's Professional Services group, overseeing implementations from design to system delivery. Before forming Sideout, Mr. Rose was a key manager and engineer in software development for General Electric's Spacenet division, responsible for design, development, and implementation of Satellite Network Management Systems. |
