Louis Riley brings extensive experience in contract negotiation, patent portfolio development and legal representation to Legerity's executive team. Before joining Legerity, Mr. Riley was Division Counsel for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. where he served as lead counsel for technology issues and oversaw marketing activities to ensure standards compliance. Prior to his 3-year tenure at AMD, Mr. Riley was Associate Attorney at Arnold, White & Durkee in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Riley serves as a Board member for Texas General Counsel Forum and the Advisory Committee to Saint David's Health Care Access Foundation and is also on the Planning Committee for UT/Berkeley Advanced Patent Law Institute. Mr. Riley is a certified Patent Attorney and holds a Juris Doctor Degree from South Texas College of Law and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Houston. |
