Louis Montgomery leads the Human Resources functions of Serco North America which includes managing the recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits programs for our Canadian and U.S. employees. Louis brings more than 20 years of experience in senior level staffing, performance management, compensation planning, employee/labor relations, succession planning and diversity management. Prior to joining Serco, he served as the North American director of human resources for AES Corporation, and spent several years as a senior HR professional at multiple Fortune 500 firms, including Frito Lay, Kraft Foods and Philip Morris. Louis holds a Senior Professional of Human Resources certification with the Society for Human Resources Management and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in Ithaca, New York. |
