Louis Leeburg has served as a Director of LightPath Technologies Inc. since May 1996. He also serves on the Company's Audit and Finance Committees. Mr. Leeburg is a self-employed business consultant, who is also on the board of three other not for profit organizations. From 1988 until 1993 he was the Vice President for Finance of The Fetzer Institute, Inc. From 1980 to 1988 he was in financial positions with different organizations with an emphasis in investment management. Mr. Leeburg was an audit manager for Price Waterhouse &Co. until 1980. Mr. Leeburg received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arizona State University. He is a member of Financial Foundation Officers Group and the treasurer and trustee for the John E. Fetzer Memorial Trust Fund and The Institute for Noetic Sciences. |
