A graduate of Pace University School of Law and former partner of a prestigious local New York law firm, Mr. Viglotti brings with him over 20 years of legal experience. Mr. Viglotti is admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court, the Federal Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York as well as all New York State Courts. As General Counsel, Mr. Viglotti oversees regulatory compliance and government relations issues as well as handling the day to day legal issues which arise. Mr. Viglotti regularly represents CRM before key regulators of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board, The California Department of Industrial Relations and the Bermudian Government. Mr. Viglotti's expertise in government relations of the group self-funded insurance model has been instrumental for CRM's entry into California as well as other states.
