Louie Moon, CPA, has 30 years of financial, acquisition and strategic planning experience. At Enterpulse, Louie is responsible for the financial activities of the company and its subsidiaries. He is a former director of general accounting for WebMD; previous controller of the Healtheon, Actamed division; and earlier in his career was CFO for USBA Holdings, Ltd., a company that provided financial consulting to the financial services community. Louie's extensive experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President, Secretary, and Controller of BEI Holdings, Ltd., a diversified consulting firm that provided consulting services to the financial services industry. Louie received his BBA degree in accounting from the University of Georgia and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the Georgia Society of CPAs. In 2005, he completed his MBA in Finance and Accounting. |
