Lory Antonucci brings extensive consulting experience to Element K, having provided learning and performance support optimization, human capital management, and learning strategies to Fortune 500 companies around the globe. As Director of Performance Consulting, Antonucci is responsible for generating and supporting sales opportunities, delivering professional service engagements that involve organizational and workforce performance assessment, talent advisory services, and enterprise transformation strategies. Antonucci most recently served as an executive consultant for Personnel Decisions International (PDI) working with senior leadership teams to develop enterprise-wide human capital and organizational transformation strategies. She also spearheaded the development of enterprise learning and talent management systems at Convergys®, where she architected $40MM LBPO and $170MM HRBPO long-term delivery sourcing projects. Antonucci also handled business transformation involving HR, IT, Enterprise Learning Systems and knowledge management at ADAPA, Deloitte Consulting and EDS. Antonucci has a B.A. from Stanford University, an M.Ed. from Wayne State University, and is a Certified Performance Technologist (CPT). As a workforce performance improvement strategist, she developed several proprietary sales and consulting methods including Learning and Performance Support SpectrumSM, Risk Intelligent OrganizationTM, Enterprise Change Management, and the Instructional Systems Life Cycle. |
