Mr. A. Lorne Weil has been Chairman of the Board since October 1991 Chief Executive Officer of the Company since April 1992 and President of the Company since August 1997. Mr. Weil was President of Lorne Weil Inc. a firm providing strategic planning and corporate development services to high technology industries from 1979 to November 1992.
Previously Mr. Weil was Vice President Corporate Development at General Instrument Corporation working with wagering and cable systems. Prior to that he was a senior professional with the Boston Consulting Group. |
