Lorna joined Eagle Bank and Trust Company at the age of eighteen. She began working at the bank in the Proof Department and was the only employee in this department at the time. The bank was located in the old Jefferson Trust Building in Hillsboro, Missouri, and the workforce consisted of six full-time employees and one part-time employee. In 1976 Ms. Fink was promoted to cashier and recording secretary of the Eagle Bank and Trust Company Board of Directors, and in 1978 she was promoted to vice president and cashier. At this time, Ms. Fink is senior vice president and chief operations officer. Ms. Fink and her husband, Gerald, have three children; Chad, Nick, Jenna and two granddaughters. She is an active member of the St. Rose of Lima Church and School in DeSoto, Missouri. |
