When Lori Wormley joined Epic Search Partners she brought with her a unique and most valuable skill; the ability to recognize a person’s growth potential hidden beneath the surface. Lori’s perceptive nature developed over the past six years while she worked as a Martial Arts Instructor and Personal Trainer. Like training in the gym, Lori can find the potential in someone and helps them transform their career onto a stronger and more rewarding path. I have empathy for people who struggle with advancing or change careers because I know who hard it can be. It’s as if I can visualize people waiting for their chance to get though the door.
