Lori N. Pallas is a Managing Director for both the In-House and Associate practice groups of the Philadelphia office of Major, Lindsey & Africa. Lori brings ten years of legal recruiting experience to MLA most recently with a leading legal search firm in Philadelphia where she placed permanent attorneys with law firms, corporations and organizations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York.
Prior to her legal recruiting career, Lori was the senior associate at a small boutique firm in Philadelphia. Her practice focused on commercial litigation specializing in eminent domain. Lori earned her law degree from Villanova University and she graduated with a B.A. in psychology from the University of Michigan. She is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and licensed to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Born and raised in central New Jersey, Lori now resides in southern New Jersey with her husband and her two young daughters. She loves to travel, cook, and attempts to play golf. She is a frequent volunteer at both daughters' schools and is a member of the parent advisory board at their camp.
