Ms. Voepel joined the firm in 2005. She concentrates her practice on federal and state appeals and government liability. Ms. Voepel is a member of the Appellate Practice Section of the State Bar of Arizona and the Steering Committee and State Board of the Arizona Women Lawyers Association. She served as a judicial clerk for the Hon. Thomas A. Zlaket of the Arizona Supreme Court and for the Hon. Cecil B. Patterson of the Arizona Court of Appeals. Ms. Voepel received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona College of Law.
