Lori Rapuano is counsel in the firm's Products Liability and Mass Tort Practice Group. Her practice focuses on products liability cases, but also encompasses a variety of commercial litigation matters, especially in the area of intellectual property.
Products Liability. Lori's products liability practice focuses on the defense of pharmaceutical companies in large-scale products liability cases pending in multiple jurisdictions across the country.
Intellectual Property. Lori's intellectual property practice focuses on the prosecution and defense of trademark infringement cases, both in federal courts and before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, often on behalf of pharmaceutical companies. She was also part of a trial team that won a jury verdict for the defendant in a large trade secret suit.
General Litigation. Lori's experience in general litigation has covered a wide range of areas, including environmental insurance coverage litigation and insurance bad faith litigation on behalf of insurance companies, litigation over the control of partnerships and closely-held corporations, complex contractual disputes and negligence claims. She has practiced before federal courts as well as the state courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey and other jurisdictions. She also represents children in foster care in family court. |
