Lorena Clark joined RTI International as senior vice president of Human Resources in March 2006. In October 2006, she was named senior vice president of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs. She has more than 25 years of human resources and business management experience with Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo, BFGoodrich, Campbell Soup Company, General Dynamics, and GenCorp’s Automotive Segment. She established Pinnacle Leadership Consulting in 1995 and has been its managing partner for the past 10 years, providing consulting services to such organizations as Hughes/General Motors in Europe, Nationwide, the Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS), First Energy, and QWest. She has provided consulting services in the areas of talent management assessment and human resources strategic business planning to commercial, not-for-profit, and government agencies both domestically and globally. Before establishing her consulting firm, she was vice president of Human Resources for GenCorp's Automotive Segment. Clark has also served on the board of the Human Resource Planning Society and the board of Visitors for Hiram College in Ohio. |
