Lonny E. Townsend currently serves as SVP, General Counsel, Compliance and Ethics Officer and Assistant Secretary. He also serves as Vice President, General Counsel, Compliance and Ethics Officer and Secretary of MGG GP and Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of MGG Holdings GP. Prior to joining Magellan in June 2003, Mr. Townsend was Assistant General Counsel for Williams from February 2001 to June 2003. He also served in various other legal positions with Williams since 1991. |
