Professional Experience
Prior to joining Crosland as an estimator, Lonnie was an estimator with United States Aluminum in Rock Hill, SC. He has served as a project manager since 1998 and was responsible for Contracting's portion of the award-winning Birkdale Village project in Huntersville, NC. Birkdale Village received NAHB's 2003 Pillars of Industry for best mixed-use project.
