Lola Davis is responsible for standardization of the registration, billing and collection processes, as well as receivables management and bad debt initiatives. She joined CHS in December of 1997. Prior to that, Davis was the Kentucky Division Business Office Consultant for HCA. She also served as Director of Patient Financial Services for Jewish Healthcare Systems in Louisville, Ky., where she established a CBO responsible for three hospitals, a free standing ASC and Air Ambulance Company, as well as consulting support for their managed facilities. Davis has more than 30 years of hospital management experience and is a Past President of the Kentucky chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. |
