Lois M. Martin has served as Capella Education Company's senior vice president and chief financial officer since 2004. She is also a member of the board of directors of ADC, Inc., a publicly held, global supplier of network infrastructure, and MTS Systems Corporation, a publicly held, global manufacturer of mechanical testing solutions. From 2002 to 2004, Martin was executive vice president and chief financial officer at World Data Products, and from 1993 to 2001, she served in a number of executive positions at Deluxe Corporation, including senior vice president and chief financial officer. From 1996 to 2001, Martin also served as secretary/treasurer for the Deluxe Corporation Foundation and the W.R. Hotchkiss Foundation, a provider of education and other grant funding to nonprofit organizations. Martin began her career at Coopers and Lybrand (now PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP) and earned her CPA while working there. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Augustana College. |
